It behoves the contractor to give NGW a good deal on future construction. With him so invested in company the less he charges the higher and quicker stock price will rise. Better for him and us. I don't mind a little dilution if contactor is paid in stock. This gives him an incentive to give the construction first priorty and speed will be up most importance.
