I can't believe all this talk about dilution. I think you all are worrying about something that want happen. The contractor who took shares for his work probably knows that it want happen or he would not took shares for payment. They probably have deals in works for him to do the next construction inwhich will be beneficial to him and all stock holders. If I am not mistaken he is in .38 with his 1 million plus stock deal. Do you think he would took stock if thought it would be diluted?
