I think that there are multiple grounds for lawsuits.

My take, though is if the value of my stock eclipses my cost basis then I have no grounds or desire to sue.

Can people really approach this from a, " I should have made money here sooner " approach ?

There is no guarantee of success here , we are seeing a hype machine on the roll.

No I dont think we could have a lawsuit until they had some money to take( meaning the actually have a product and create revenue). I believe we all would have traded our position differently if they didnt lie and skirt the law and their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. So really I had thought if it comes through we go to court and if it goes down in flames then we fell for the d'couto hustles.
