Re: Lawsuit.

That ship has sailed. They went dark for over a year before they stopped trading. We all knew the inherent risks that were involved with holding or buying the NPWZ shares throughout that time. They took the company private and by doing so paid the fractional shareholders the value of their stock when they stopped trading. If you had 2,000,000 shares or below you received what they were worth “at the time.” They did everything legally..even if it was shady. You would be wasting your time and money to think you can win a lawsuit.

If XNRGI in facts executes for once.. I believe that the common shareholders who held multi million share counts before the reverser split will be rewarded. That’s year(s) away, though IMO.

These articles are good indication that things are moving along. I would like to know if the company paid for this write up though.

Need to see a XNRGI battery in use with some real product or established brand. Why is this such a hard thing to do?
