Actually the 30,250,000 shares have nothing to do with the offering... hence why its in "Note 8:Subsequent events" or it would have been written in with the other shares sold in Part 1 of the 1k filing. 26,250,000 at .0004 and 54,000,000 at .005 put its at 375,000$ in capital raised this far from offering.. like it or not.
