30,250,000 shares sold for proceeds of $125k. It’s all right there.

And the numbers absolutely do not match up with the share numbers below it, neither proceeds nor share count. That thing is hosed.

26,250,000 shares @ $0.004 plus 4M shares @ $0.005 equals 30,250,000 (the number on page 3) and $125K (also the number on page 3).

They’ve sold 3% of the offering in 4 1/2 months. Like it or not.
