Commencement of offering: 2/26/19
Amount of securities to be sold in the offering: 1000000000
Amount of securities sold in the offering: 30250000
The portion of aggregate sales attributable to securities sold on behalf of the issuer: $125k

Then below that for the fees of $19219.60 and $3295 for the net proceeds to the company of $102485.40

So, once again, the filing is hosed and either the amount of stock noted as being sold @ $0.005 is incorrect or every other number on the blooming thing is incorrect.
