Steven if I was Martinez I will also continue to deal with Waldrop ,he buys all his assets for pennies on the dollar,maybe there is a way for Martinez to (privately )take over in the future for cheap, keeps it private ,all paid by us,and Waldrop lives of his royalty happy ever after too .one has to consider this cause the lack of fiduciary responsability from both Waldrop and the now famous Lori can also bring more bust here as an escenario for shareholders!
Only giving my honest opinion and if things reverse and becomes attractive I may back in but this at the moment sucks
