I believe in civil court WW is screwed if it proven of any wrong doing. Also the question needs to be asked if he is criminally negligent of something and if so the SEC is coming. Something reeks really bad here and the fact that he has been mute really is puzzling. The possibility of his lawyer putting a muzzle on is a direct possibility. If guilty and I am not saying he is the fact that he may have done unethical actions could hold culpability claim. Overlooking violations and then conniving with Lori to get employees to lie alone is much more serious than meets the eyes. This alone would be probable cause for dismal and to act the way management without immediate dismal. To think anyone would keep the royalties and life goes on is not only a disturbing thought but would that would be met with great resistance from myself and others. Make no mistake that little snafu has much more significance than a lost license and a suspension. This is only my opinion and maybe everything is rosy but really since last Feb. when Gangsta brought this to light and then someone else with the $800k land purchase and still nada after 5 months with new accountants nobody can tell me all is well at the top. Can't wait to hear where the $6 Mil was invested.
Despite this possibility make no mistake I believe their is hope.
