Never say never. Money talks and nothing makes since except more involvement by Martinez. We all feel he is a very smart man but seriously why a 10 yr. deal with such weak management and a faltering public co. I still believe something very good has happened. Maybe a pipe dream but nothing currently adds up with late financials more franchising. Ten years really is a long-time to a lease with something with a cynical appearance. To take this long and no response from WW really speaks volumes. Honestly I do not feel he is calling the shots. Probably wishful thinking on my part.
