LMAO! The Court document was from 2017 - Schaefer was the CEO in 2018.

You do understand that this was when Schaefer/Devlaeminck gained custodianship of GRDO.

I remember International Venture Society LLC tried to get custodianship of the GRDO shell but Bill Schaefer showed up and put a halt to those proceedings then proceeded to run a nasty pump&Dump on the GRDO shell during December 2017/January 2018. 

So the court documents actually prove that Schaefer has control of the shell.
