Incorrect — the final ruling if you read the agreement was Schaefer had to make GRDO viable or relinquish the ticker and face penalty . At about the same time in early 2018 Sharp was starting to hammer Schaefer from another angle . And in July 2018 Schaefer offered the ticker to Sharp as he had no other options left as part of the agreement was make GRDO current and viable . It wasn’t ... it was at least 30k in debt with the TA and SOS. Sharp agreed as was outlined in the PR and Schaefer was able to escape repercussions from IVS and the courts .
