MRC - Let's talk when you site OUTCOME benefits of OTC supplements in a reputable peer reviewed journal. Surrogate markers are relatively meaningless to physicians.
However, if you absolutely can't get V I'm ok with EPA supplements, but that would be my last choice, behind 2-3 gms of V per day.

FYI Meds,
I happened to take Nordic Naturals for quite a while, it did nothing for my hi cholesterol, my prehypertension, my badly cracked heels, my arthritis, my swollen digits from lying down at night, or my brain /memory impairment/function. It did however make me have indigestion and burps and nausea. IMHO this supplement was garbage, It also smelled terribly and only when it was masked with lemon did it have less of a terrible stench but was still the same garbage imho.
You Sir do not know what you are talking about, all you can do is regurgitate or quote other people's writings. Nordic Naturals by name alone means nothing, what does natural really mean, all the name does is attempt to capture the organic and nutritional value market with little depth. I am natural, my high cholesterol was natural, everything about me or a food is natural, what is unnatural?
