I guess I don't understand. This is just in the lease agreement? Whoever wants to BO amrn I'm assuming they are not going to be interested in their office space

Thanks RAF. Typically leases are not written that way so to me it implies that Amarin wanted specifically to have that leeway. As to Yoyippee’s comment about any BP not wanting the space, I would think this clause makes it easier for them to sublease it or even to get out of it entirely. In other words most leases are heavily tilted toward the landlord whereas this has been written with flexibility for Amain in mind.
