This isn’t specifically dc vax

It is not DCVax at all, It is talking about Cognate in the EU. NWBO uses Advent as their contract manufacturer in the EU.

Both Cognate and CMO are contract developers/manufacturers. They have other customers. And likely ones that actually pay bills.
