You’re point is truthful, but perhaps not accurate. They may eventually expect to have a complete manufacturing capability in Europe, but being able to source from Memphis in a world where a medically perishable package can arrive from Memphis to Europe overnight, is also not nothing. Redundancy and capacity are not in our capacity to evaluate from a bulletin board vantage point. Every plan, and every practicality are not possible to know from this vantage point.

So, that designation may not just be good for NWBO, but also may be something Cognate got to ensure it can be a continuing provider for the EU as well. There is nothing negative about it, and much to consider encouraging given the collaborative nature of their endeavor thus far.

And I think phsm also points out that Cognate surrendered substantial possible dollars, millions, in their previous bill. And yet they continue to have a relationship. Hard to see this as entirely unrelated.
