Thanks MasaBeta, that all makes perfect sense.So these activist investors sold AMPNI in a chapter 11 bankruptcy sale to Mercuria. Now Melissanidis has filed a suit in Greece saying that Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. is his after he sold it in 2016 to the activist investors and was listed on the NYSE. Melissanidis appears to be a very desperate man. IMO
