Not sure why this Greece court filing, would have anything related to AMPNI (Aegean Marine Petroleum Network INC). Have to read the Greece court filing. However it does appear very laughable and an attempt to add to the massive fraud, that has already been committed. IMO
If you scroll down the Overview page you will see a list of Debtors that were included in the BK. There is an Aegean Oil (USA), LLC but that is not the Aegean Oil that you guys are talking about. The one your talking about is the one that is a private company still held by Dimitris Melissanidis as far as I know.
