And 'who' might a MAJOR enterprise - such as the DOD, for example - ask to do this certification? What company is most qualified?

I was just correcting your statement, in which you suggest that the DOD may have (had) something related to this certing, and that Wave had nothing to do with it.

You posted:

The title of this PR is:

As can be clearly seen, Wave DID cert ETS...
