Love Pink what research did you do? i know you are not saying the sec does not settle out of court? to much proof out there to rebuke that! so are you saying that DBMM is at just the mercy of the judge and no other option? if that is what you are referring to then you my friend have more intell than all of us and i would like to ask how you came to that conclusion that DBMM only way out of this was by the judges hand? i have read over a few documents just a few hours ago where settlements were drawn up before a verdict was decided by the sec judge! look back in 2014 BOA was settled for 16.65 billion according to the sec order regulatory S-K requiring public companies like BOA to disclose a {MD&A} section of its periodic financial reports! and they did not! also BOA {Bank Of America} failed to couplet discloser to investors and its illegal conduct! why would they! you see the section does settle! i can keep going on settlement cases the sec has been involved in but why wast my time i know they do! google it! do your own DD! i still believe that Love Pink you are spot on the prediction .10 .20 .40+ i do believe with a lot of others as well! DBMM we feel will be reinstated and soon and i am ready and waiting!
