$ANNWQ: Exactly... no one knows about Legacy Shareholders

Most don't even know what the provisions of the RSA are.
They couldn't even tell you what Mercuria ponied up in order
to beat the previous offer that was tabled by sweetening the
deal overall.

All they realize is that the Shares aren't trading.
We all know that.
But what we know that they don't is that a new CUSIP has been allocated
in order to accomodate the escrow shares of those LTU's.


Usually what happens in cases like this is that what they don't know
won't hurt them. What we all know is that Dockets are still being
filed, SEC & DOJ are still involved with investigating the accounting malpractices
perpetrated by Melissanidis and his goons and that the litigation trustees
are on the button in order to complete and oversee the process.


Personally... I don't even care what the Aegean employees are doing
any more. Nothing personal, but I only care about the distributions
that are forthcoming from Mercuria as do most that are holding onto
