I did a little more digging and found out that the 5 vessels that were used as collateral for loan from Orix , all but 1 are currently active/ operating and have continued with their normal business .

I also spoke with an employee of the original Aegean marine. He said that business has continued just as before and most employees have stayed in place and are now being paid by Mercuria . I did ask about the stockholders shares and he didn’t think they were worth anything, but again I don’t think he’s aware of the entire process and LTUs.
