I'm just saying they are also protecting their logis in two industries they use for marketing and education. That is all. 'nuff said.

I'm not about to debate the New Harvest rabbit hole, as I have what I was told by Mr. Dowling. I doubt we will hear anything on New Harvest for quite a while, 9-18 months, if anything at all.

You are after all the expert in Trademarks, as mentioned earlier; and can expound on the processes.

None of us are clairvoyant, so making leaps of possible partnerships, or product directions, are just ideas. No need to agree, "just sayn'".

I believe the Pro PlusCBD was being used last year for the higher dosages products that was being sold through practitioners (1,000 last count) only. But CVSI came up with a higher dosage Gold formula product for the retail market.
You can contact IR to see if they are still using it. There must be around 1,200 practitioners selling CVSI products now. Last count was about 6 months ago.
