Thanks Dr.J, One company uses Pro cbd oil in their advertisement but only use pro on their labels.

There is a company that uses cbd pro and is not attempting to register it. They use a circle c making it appear like it is registered, very misleading.

There is a Registered trademark for a company using a logo within a leaf cbd pros but No Claim To The Exclusive Right To Use "CBD Pros" apart From The Mark AS Shown" ..The reason being, CBD and Pros are generic terms.

Here is a sample of cbd products using Pro cbd on their labels..Yiu will notice that one of them is CV Sciences Pro + cbd oil product.

Jefra…..One of the two Plus + CBD Oil Trademarks Serial Number 88051019 was supposed to be published on July24,2019. It is now being published on the Principal Register for opposition as of June 12, 2019, ahead of schedule.According to the trademark ruling, if companies registered before the 2018 Farm Bill was passed, they would have to reinstate to get their date of registration after that December 2018 date. The Trademark office received that correspondence on May 13,2019. I haven't seen any correspondence for the other plus + CBD oil, Service Mark, Pro + CBD Oil, The Hemp Oil, and Cantine, Trademarks at this time... The GOOD NEWS is that the Plus + CBD OIL has been approved by the USPTO. June 12 the same day of the Kroger announcement...
