Thank you for asking Dowling that question about the New Harvest trademark on behalf of me and the poster who found the NH trademark and posted it on the Y board before I expanded the DD. If you get the opportunity to converse with Dowling again, ask him about the other most important trademark, that being the trademark registered for the main business that CV Sciences is in for it’s main use. I never stated I Was an expert in trademarks and trademark law, I only stated that I have registered trademarks in the past and the person who is an expert is the woman who is a patent and trademark attorney listed in the trademark registrations. FYI... imo Dowling was telling you 9 to 18 months and nothing more which would be insider trading. The good thing taken from your feedback is Dowling plans on using New Harvest trademark after it is published for opposition and before it is federally registered with a circle R.
