Could you show me where AMFE ever said that the financials were late because of the Morning acquisition?

The only people who said if was because of the French company were on this board. No one know what the hold up is its all A GUESS. You can walk into any of the four SNL location and see This is the real deal and yes there is a chance they could go
belly up, but I do not see that happening.

Really? There has been no official communication that Morning is the cause of the delay so that's just hearsay....

How about showing real proof of how the scam works here with AMFE. I am more interested in your explanation instead of comparisons to tickers that have absolutely nothing to do with the company and its markets. Thx.

Will that be a bad thing that they GOT THEM done too even though claims were made for over a year they wouldn't?

While this keeps growing from a 200k a year company to 8 FIGURES! From a company that has used the resources available to them to GROW the company while not destroying commoners as MANY OTCs have done and do. YES this company went from a tiny company to now a company doing 8 figures with multiple new locations opened in this time and many more slated to come. With other business aspects from self owned self published games about to hit like KTU! This company has came A LONG WAY in a few short years from a small company to what I consider no longer a small entity with impressive growth taking place. While Roger and co are learning, adapting, growing, etc themselves too! That is how it works for a 1st time pubco CEO and a CEO of a company that is expanding RAPIDLY by ANY company standards period. LOVE THAT THE COMPANY HAS UNDENIABLY CAME UP FROM THE GROUND UP IN THIS ARENA AND FROM A BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE YUP! OTC OR NOT! THANKS AND KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ROGER AND CO!

Oh and NO ALL OTCS aren't scams and I have PROOF of MANY others that have and are making it from this arena and in this arena!
