Actually rejection with patents is very common until accepted. There is a limit around 3 chances....or so in that area. Its meticulous when dotting the i's.

It usually takes a minimum of three tries to get a patent approved. There’s nothing that says that they can’t modify it and resubmit. The last one was probably too vague and needed to be more specific. They have the trademark and that’s important. Yes I’m an engineer before any of the simpletons that spew trash on here ask.

It is a final rejection because it says it on the US Patent Office website whether Daniel thinks so or not.
