The pps has been down here for awhile even when most investors thought they had the patent approved so what does this matter anyway. It says final rejection but also reading through it they have certain time period to resubmit. They are definitely working behind the scenes to get things done is one positive I will say even though doesn't help pps.

Do some research. A final rejection is not so final...plenty of articles out there on this topic.
