Did anyone ever stop to think that an unannounced firing of RBSM as our Auditor has anything to do with this late Audit?

Maybe Roger had seen enough[just before the 16 and 17 audits were released] and had already decided to ask for a Late Filing knowing it was not going to happen for 2018 and the 1st quarter of 2019.

Sheer speculation on My Part.....but Amfil Technologies will/would never admit it.

It is Privileged information that does not have to be released to the Public.
