Roger admitted the accounting in place was overwhelmed. It's why he stated he hired more accounting folks to fix the problem. This is on Roger, not the accounting firm imo. A audit firm cannot coach you. Give them #'s to work with. Roger/ this supposed CFO team can't obviously imo.
