I think you are right. The July 2nd court date is simply being used as a place holder delay for addressing class 18 just like the employee claims were used as a delay tactic to hold back Tranche 4 for years.

I think class 17 pay off will probably occur around mid month as AZ claims with the timing of their nominal semi annual distribution date. Then the ball will start rolling.


Everyone keeps complaining of share price drop in Coop. I think its a good sign that we are close to D-day!


The faster Coop drops below $5 the sooner we will see some action! I hope market makers drop this to low $6 by cob today!

Thank you Option for confirming what I have been saying for a while. The big question can and will all parties agree to an extension. The players are not to be trusted ?????
