WHY DO I FEEL WE WILL SEE BIG NEWS BEFORE JULY 2, 2019

We have a Globic Settlement agreement dated Aug. 2016 by many parties mostly FDIC, JPMC, DB Deutsche Bank, and the Estate of WMI – This agreement settled many issues most of which were sealed but also settled ownership between JPM/DB/FDIC Globic Settlement of 99 RMBS Trusts. NOTE: This is just part of over 200 plus Trust all held by WMI holding – now COOP that were put into safe harbor, legal isolation that should have over 30 billion returning to WMI Estate holders along with some going to COOP. THAT VERY IMPORTANT AGREEMENT HAS GONE UNFULFILLED AND NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY JUNE 30 OR THE DEAL IS DEAD. This will not happen, and I expect full compliance on June 28 a Friday or July 1st.

The large hedge funds know this and been using this time to manipulate the pps lower looking for sellers. I feel some retail investors and small hedge funds have sold but my last report is the largest hedge funds are now up to 90% ownership of COOP and they have the inside information on what will take place soon. There is also another reason for this low pps as I feel some of the value coming to COOP will require a share-4-value exchange. The Hedge funds know this, and they will get more shares with lower pps.

Note: We still have class 18 claims that need to get settled first – the hearing on July 2nd will most likely get canceled after all parties comply with their agreement. There will be no release of any possible WMI Estate funds until this takes place – everyone take a chill pill till than and just let the hedge funds have fun manipulating the pps till then – they now they have the time.

2.03. Termination. Unless otherwise extended by written agreement ofthe Parties, this Settlement Agreement will automatically terminate (i) in the event Final Court Approval has not been obtained on or before June 30, 2019, or (ii) prior to June 30, 2019, on the first business day following which securing Final Court Approval becomes legally impossible.
