AZ, if the automatic stay is what prevented the orginal prospectus from being "cancelled" by POR7, does that mean we'll need to see the bankruptcy remote assets return to escrow before the bankruptcy closure for orginal prospectus to be enforced?
Likewise, if the bankruptcy remote assets return to escrow after bankruptcy closure, then will we be looking at 75/25 to the end?
