Then In 2012’, WMI, had enough available cash on hand and tax refunds to accommodate a reorganization ...
with a Courts plan approved process to pay off WMI Creditors ... Tranches 1 through Tranche 4’ ... Plan 7’ ...

... the Reorg and the BK’s Remain Two Totally Separate Events ...

WMI, Reorganized into WMI Holdings Corp., and then into WMIH ... which remains the parent corporation through to today ... BUT the bankruptcy’s have not yet been closed ...

Again, ... I thought that some of these basic fundamentals were already known’ ... ? ... guess not’ ...
