This is their new claim to SCOTUS. If you follow what they were whining about to the Federal Circuit you will see they were saying they were suffering damages because of the fees they paid in reference to the IPR they filed and then whined that the Federal Circuit didn't consider that and also whined about the amount they spent on a review by the Federal Circuit.
