They are only supplements, which are not regulated by the FDA, criminal negligence by the FDA to allow it this practice...

Right, but their product is not a pharmaceutical..it's just "pharmaceutical grade." Since its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, blah blah blah.. it amounts to nothing more than puffery... which seems to be allowed (criminally) by the FDA.

My point was that I don't see it as a patent violation
