It is about litigation for AMEX and it looks all about this debtor ...
But in page 5 and 6 is mentioning there is a little money still left after litigation ...
Other info is kind of complicated and need to check and explain by lawyer or maybe "makinsmoney" clear it .
In total it doesn't seems good news for share holders and is about lacking the money for debtors ...
Hopefully I do mistake :(
