It seemed to be dealing with debtor recoveries which look to be 100%.Then petitioning the court for fees for their time spent.Which I believe should not be allowed, since apparently they were working for someones elses interest(debtor). As far as the equity recoveries it did not seem clear on that part. Just my opinion.

well it was initially 15 mil proposal but final proposal is upped it to 40 mil so i dont think anything changed here from docket 555 when explain last time it seems to be more of a revision of what they wrote last time which was a longer text
