P you bring up a good point.
- Wonder if there is a paper trail of 2007-2011 contact between inventors and all the big cables. Is that how the 13 were selected for lawsuit?

- wonder if big cable pressured hardware companies to build them equipment using the tech? Watch out Cisco, Motorola, Arris and successor companies.
Ignorance is no excuse. Should have done a check on the tech before building & selling.

P... do you still have the 1.5 million that cost you $4,000 ? 'bout time for a payday, eh?

But Chanbond didn't contribute anything to the patents - they are just another worthless patent troll.

Chanbond was already crushed by the Supreme ruling that Chanbond couldn't file a complaint in the Eastern District of Texas. This was for all patent trolls not just Chanbond.

Where have you been Parker? We missed ya. This is exactly right. And there was also a directive in which the inventors said do not use the tech for your business model. Only use as testing to find out if they liked the tech. They then went ahead and used the tech for their customers to raise competitive advantages in the industry
