Are you serious? Most of the time I invest in something I find a reason to doubt. This one just gets better. I hadn't even heard about that yet.
They let them test it, had an agreement that they wouldn't keep using it.. and then they kept using it??
They are in big trouble. Why settle? Just consider each year that this goes on another few pennies in damages and revenue. Also, once this gets towards a trial start and gets some attention, shares should appreciate whether defendants appeal a win or not. Just saying... I'd be happy waiting a little while for the 3x damages.
When we r in the court, evidence speaks, so do we really have any solid evidence that shows inventors contacted with them and have 3 years testing agreement from 2007-2010. Be honest, I am little doubtful that we have any testing technology agreement evidences to the court, otherwise, they probably already end the game by settlement with us.
