Not a good question Simps, a great question and one that has to be asked after watching this story all unfold after SO MANY YEARS. Dragging this out surely has benefited 'the family' for loan repayment of 50% discounted shares. Accumulating many shares as long as this takes. This CRAZY loan arrangement has diluted the stock to the point of seriously HURTING all other stockholders. If theses other notes to third parties given for financing these company are with the same arrangement, then they (family and CEO) are screwing us even more.
I can't stop thinking how much farther this company would be and how much better stockholders would be, if another more qualified was ruuning this company.
