"My point was Bayer could have gone either way, and they decided to go with Monsanto."

2Relax - you make it sound as if Bayer's decision to buy Monsanto or go with Whelan and ActiPatch was an either/or business decision....it wasn't! Didn't Bayer pay north of $60 Billion for Monsanto? Right or wrong is not the issue - Monsanto's postage bill was a multiple of BIEL's total worth and totally unrelated.

Fact is, and I learned in one phone call to someone in the retail foot space who did some digging for me, apparently BIEL was in discussions with Dr. Scholl's who wanted to make a deal, that would have been great for both parties, and Whelan said, "no" and the discussions ended.

Go to a CVS or Walgreens - stand in front of the 25 feet of linear Dr. Scholl's display, top to bottom, top to bottom 2Relax.....count the SKU's....now, imagine a Dr. Scholl's ActiPatch front and GD center. Now, to use your words, show me any proof that you're happy about that colossal decision by Whelan. Senior people in national retail are saying someone lost his mind.

On the positive side, I'm saying I want ActiPatch in that Dr. Scholl's space and I want it in CVS, but that's dead too. And to anyone asking for proof, call the CVS buyer and ask, like we did, I dare ya.

Now everyone should ask this simple question; is it time for a change or is everyone enjoying this chitshow but me. I supported Whelan for years, admired his tenacity, loved and used ActiPatch.

As is my right, I changed my mind about the effectiveness of management on the bottom line aka share price, not ActiPatch. Is the share price being kept low, manipulated, to maximize the number of shares received on pulling the trigger on convertible notes? Now, there's a good question. Someone knows something....the GG&G have been working hard on DD my friends. Justice is like a freight train, just keeps chugging along, day and night...
