Still need to see the consolidated cash flow sheets in the pending 8K. With, what, 22M shares outstanding, this is a $45M market cap assigned to a company that bought a $25M company (and that was a stretch). Still overpriced, Q2 and (especially) Q3 will tell the tale of whether this company will hang around on NASDAQ. Have to remember, also, that the bigger established CRM companies have armies of programmers that can deploy their own versions of the tech in very little time.
