Approval for Rett would mean that Epilepsy, Autism and other indications would likely be prescribed for off label. Rett need not be expensive to be a money maker. A reasonable price will encourage more off label use.

I would say that at least in the US Pharma prices I have gone way up from there. A lot more than 160%. I’ll give an example one of my trucks is Creon. It is light a digestive enzyme. Backc back in the day you could get it for about $30 a month as it was made from the enzymes in Cal stomachs. Somebody convinced the FDA that they could manufacture it the Novo with crater purity. The old stuff was removed from the shelves and now my stuff cost $2400 a month which you suckers out there are paying because I’m an old fart on Medicare part D so that’s $24,000 a year just for some tights just sent trucks that’s digest drugs so assuming some political changes I think and a LC drug could easily fit $1000 a month for those diagnosed so that’s why $5 billion a month $60 billion a year just in revenue from those diagnosed? And that’s just the US of course and the rest of the world the stuff would go for a lot cheaper so that might be another $30 billion in sales. And then you get the preventive uses and then you get the epilepsy and then you get all the orphan diseases and then maybe you get the heart and then maybe you get the kidney then maybe you get the druggies and the mathematics that’s funny I mean meth and feta mean Adickes God Siri is an idiot and this is why I think Dr. miss laying kind of wants us to go it alone but he may want to sell out to a relatively small or big Pharma that we could make into a gigantic Pharma
