Not a single witness, not a single affidavit nor any other verification was needed because Energy Supreme, et. al., the firm that did not even have an IRS EIN number for the prior 4 years up to the day of the deposition, since the day Energy Supreme was created, caved and walked away from the lawsuit/counter suit by IFUS to avoid having the entire truth exposed,

then Energy Supreme, et. al.,

ate their own court costs, and

gave all past and future interest costs on the loan up resulting in an interest free loan to IFUS,

to avoid getting hammered in a nasty public trial and

to avoid having the truth be told by the many real witnesses to the truth that Marc Walther had lined up.

If Marc was lying, Energy Supreme et. al. would have sued the pants off of him for slander and defamation. That did not happen.

That is a public deposition in the court record, and he was never sued for what he said.

I wonder why?

The evidence is clear. Shareholders should seriously consider taking legal action. But that is just my humble opinion.
