That sums up many of Walther's outright lies. Notice that when it came time to produce evidence of all that calumny, Walther couldn't produce anything. Not a single witness, not a single affidavit nor any other verification that anything he said was anything other than a lie. And, in the end the court gave no credence to anything Walther said and said that what he did and said was not only clearly wrong, but done with "scienter."
Look the word up ... and keep in mind it was used by a long term, highly praised, Federal Judge.
The real purposes of all those outrageous claims by Walther was:

To keep those he had hood winked in line so he could get more of those so-called "shareholder loans." Of course, he told everyone the proceeds from those loans would be used to fight the court cases, but they weren't. They were used as personal ATMs to fund his life style. (Just like the loans from family members on whom he later filed bankruptcy; stabbing them in the back) Proof, you say? Just ask his attorneys ... who were not, and still have not been, paid.
