OK FOLKS, Dr. M just put out some more breadcrumbs for those who will see them. ZERO reason to start an under 18 Rett trial UNLESS they are getting good results in those over 18.

I have the same read of this. When asking WHY DO THAT? IMO, he is saying..I have very high confidence in the outcome of this trial. In fact, it is really not a trial in the sense we have known them according to FDA folklore of uncertainty. He is demonstrating that he can predict w/confidence level approaching certainty what will happen and that this is a VERIFICATION of the science and validation of the restored CNS Homeostasis thesis.

Need more patience that before, now that the trials have started and there are some interesting developments associated with the trials.

Younger than 18 will as I understand it have to be a new IND and trial, which will be helped by showing safety and efficacy in the current two > 18 trials.
