It is good to say stuff over and over, I do it all the time!

IF the company is content to grow at a low and lumpy rate of sub-15% then I agree with you that a dividend would be a good thing. Likely far better than the stock buyback.

But IF the company is willing and able to do what is necessary to grow in a non-lumpy fashion at 20%+ per year then I would be against the dividend.

With their float so low, that might be becoming the only viable option. At some point the stock buyback actually starts hurting the stock because the available shares are so low that our already low volume just gets too low. That is one reason institutions won't buy more than maybe 50,000 shares for the most part. Their other option is to do a secondary offering and buy another sizeable, profitable company.
