Split, although I am hopeful that at least one insider may be locked out of the collusion, and perhaps we'll have a leak...I would still be a lot more comfortable if we knew the trust charter prohibits the trustee from "loaning out" its cash as low interest loan to the trustee.
For many years, I waited in peace believing that the hedgies will benefit from escrow at the same time as retail...that they are sharing our pain of waiting. I am not so sure now. I simply cant believe they are that patient going on 11 years. I'm starting to suspect they are probably colluding with the trustee to gain access to the trust capital while retail waits...waiting and not being able to participate through one of the biggest stock market recovery.
