Lucky Panda, I believe that there are a few in the world that are honest and will somehow spill the beans. Once that happens a class action may follow if collusion by Kosturos, A&M, BOD and the hedge funds is suspected.

We are all equal with the P's and K's, if any favoritism has been shown there will be at least one shareholder that will take them to task for collusion and fraud. Has it already happened?

If you recall Cooperman and Appaloosa called into a webcast and expressed their displeasure with KKR, Savitz, et al. when they found they didn't get a vote on an action and expressed they wanted their money then. Appaloosa has sold a major positions a couple of times, although they still have plenty and have their Escrow shares. Some how I believe their is a rift and they are not in the driver's seat any more...we've got new drivers. In the not to distant future we shall see how this plays out.
